OUR SERVICES...

Design Elements, Ltd. starts with a FREE home evaluation to assess your individual needs and goals. Because every property is different there is no standard pricing.  However, below are service packages that have been pre-designed for your convenience.  Of course it will be our pleasure to design a plan that will meet your specific needs at a price you can afford.  We will strive to make your experience of selling your home go smoothly, quickly and as profitable as possible.

Consultation to Sell

Our Staging Consultation begins with a complete assessment of your home – exterior and interior – using a set of standards proven to maximize your home’s market potential.  We spend 1 ½ - 2 hours with the Home Seller, and preferably with the Realtor, assessing what staging needs to be implemented, including a ‘Buyer’s Eye’ survey for the Home Seller.  We will discuss the home’s best features, as well as any ‘problem spots’, and offer changes that can make a huge impact in getting your home sold quickly, and for top dollar.  Of course this process will highlight the needs, budget, and expectations of the Home Seller.  As part of the consultation, you will receive, via email, a “Top Ten Priority To-Do List”, as well as suggestions for additional Home Staging Services. 

Staging to Sell 

Once the initial consultation has been completed, a Design Elements Ltd. professional can assist you in making the recommended changes to stage for an Open House and/or to maintain a ‘Staged’ presentation until your home is sold.  These staging sessions can be arranged for periods of four or more hours.  Pricing will depend on the number of hours required for the amount of work to be completed, as well as the time needed to rent/buy accessory items if necessary. 

Style to Live (Redesign Services) 
 

A consultation will be performed to include a detailed walk-through of a single room or the entire home depending on what the homeowner wants to achieve.  As well, we will discuss needs, budget, expectations and desired changes to the style, atmosphere, and functionality of rooms to be completed. The scope of Redesign Services can include de-cluttering, rearrangement of furniture, changes in accessories and color palette for a totally new look.  Redesign emphasizes using what the homeowner has in the house.  After the consultation, the homeowner will be presented with a redesign plan to meet the desired effects together with a proposal for assisting with completing the work.

   ** This service is also great for New Home Setup….Once you move in, let us help you plan, furnish, decorate and organize your new home.  We can help you create a beautiful, functional and livable new space to begin your new life!
