best use of space through proper furniture and accessory
placement to highlight the home’s best features.
Staging
is a MARKETING tool. Once your house is listed on the real
estate market if becomes a commodity or product. For a
product to sell, it has be successfully marketed and
packaged. Design Elements, Ltd. creates ‘buyer appeal’ for
a targeted market using lifestyle selling techniques that
incorporates “emotional impression points” so the buyer can
envision themselves living there. Design Elements, Ltd.

Staging
isn’t necessarily Interior Decorating. Staging is more of a
‘science’ vs. an ‘art’ form by targeting your ‘market’ by
utilizing effective marketing and decorating techniques that
create an environment that buyers want.
Staging
is changing the way real estate is being sold. A staged
home brings measurable value and secures equity. Statistics
show that homes that have been professionally staged sell
50% faster and on average for 6-10% more money. The New
York Village Voice (2004) reported that the average number
of days on the market for a staged house was 13.9 vs. 30.9
days for an unstaged house.

while detracting from the negative aspects. In other words,
we enhance your home’s best assets while minimizing it’s
imperfections. We will make recommendations for optimum
furniture placement.

buyers will respond to. This could include painting to
changing light fixtures.

Home Buyers Appeal – while maintaining the home’s warmth we
will de-personalize the space. Buyers don’t want to be
reminded of who lives there….

repair list’. If something needs repaired we need to repair
